Two-prong forks

To hold a joint of meat while carving or to serve at the table, two-prong forks are the natural companion to our large kitchen knives. Their handle is shaped and fitted by hand from a French Guiana wood: bois serpent, boco bicolore, wacapou, amarante, ébène verte, panacoco… Every piece of wood is unique. A handcrafted utensil made in our Rémire-Montjoly workshop, which holds the Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant (Living Heritage Company) label.
