Which payment methods are accepted on atelierverttige.fr?
We accept payment by bank card (VISA, MASTERCARD, CARTE BLEUE, AMERICAN EXPRESS), PAYPAL, APPLE PAY and GOOGLE PAY.
What is the delivery time?
For a standard order paid by card (excluding personalized items), delivery takes 6 to 10 working days. For an order including a personalized item, it may take up to 14 working days.
These times exclude weekends, public holidays, festive periods and our summer closure. Delivery time depends mainly on the carrier, and on delays beyond our control that may occur.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can change or cancel your order at any time. And if a piece does not suit you, you have 14 days after delivery to return it. Please send us an email via the contact form with your order number and the relevant details, and we will be happy to help.
How can I track my order?
You can check the status of your order in your customer account.
Is online payment secure?
Our website is fully secure, as shown by the small padlock in front of its address.
Has your product arrived damaged?
Simply send us a photo of the damaged item and we will exchange it right away.
Do you ship abroad?
Not yet, but we are working on it.
How do I care for my Vert’Tige product?
Hand wash only, in clear water with a soft sponge.
Do not leave to soak: prolonged moisture is the enemy of wood and steel. Dry immediately after each use, especially where the blade meets the handle.
Regularly nourish the handle with wax or any plant-based oil to preserve the natural qualities of the French Guiana wood and its resistance to tropical conditions.
