2 — Intellectual property and counterfeiting
All elements (texts, logos, images, sounds, software, icons, layout, graphic charter, database, etc.) contained on the Site are protected by French and international intellectual property law. These elements are the exclusive property of VERT TIGE.
Unless prior written authorization has been given by the rights holder, any reproduction, representation, adaptation, translation and/or transformation, in whole or in part, of any element of the Site, or any transfer of any of these elements to another website, is strictly prohibited.
Any unauthorized use of the Site or of any of its elements will be considered as counterfeiting and prosecuted in accordance with articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code. Failure to comply with this prohibition may give rise to the civil and/or criminal liability of the offender.
3 — Limitation of liability
Terms of use. The user acknowledges: having read this legal notice and agreeing to comply with it; having the skills and means necessary to access and use the Site; having checked that their computer configuration is virus-free and in perfect working order.
Liability. We cannot guarantee that the Site will operate without interruption or errors. We are bound only by an obligation of means regarding the operation and continuity of the service. 5 — Applicable law and disputes
The Site and this legal notice are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution before taking any legal action. Failing an amicable agreement, the dispute will be brought before the competent French courts in accordance with ordinary law. In accordance with the French Consumer Code and Code of Civil Procedure, consumers may refer the matter to any court with territorial jurisdiction of their choice, in particular the court of their place of residence.
